The 3 Tenets of Dieting

The 3 tenets above should be used as a mental checklist when evaluating any new diet you may wish to undertake.

Write them down or bookmark this page. Just make sure you keep them in mind when you're about to try out the latest diet. If it is a good fit, then go for it. Take it seriously and see how your body responds. The worst that can happen (assuming it is healthy for you), is that you start over and try something else. The main objective is to engage yourself in the process and get moving.

I believe there is no 'one' diet that is best. No diet that we should all be on, and that works for everybody. Foods that some people thrive on make others ill. Stick with the tenets and your dieting results will yield much better results going forward.
