Because dieting is big business, Diet Supplements are too. But PLEASE be careful! Many can be harmful. If you do wish to take supplements to help you lose weight, make sure they are ALL NATURAL (like the ones pictured at the right on this page) and contain NO STIMULANTS like ephedra, caffeine, mua huang etc... they can be dangerous and have even caused death in the US.

A supplement by definition is something that is added to a program of some kind. If you are eating right as suggested on this site, you shouldn't need any supplements to lose weight with the exception of perhaps taking natural appetite surpressants.
