Tenet # 2 - You Must Enjoy it

If you hope to do anything for the long term as I talked about in the first tenet and be successful you are going to have to enjoy the process. This goes for exercise, work and especially diet.

How can one ever expect to get to and stay at one's desired weight and hate the foods they are eating. It's something you do 3 times per day everyday! It would mean that everyday is a 'fight'. Your willpower against your cravings and the strain of it all will wear you down over time and you will never win.

Making sure that the food you eat at every meal is enjoyable and that you are looking forward to eating is another pillar to weight loss success. If you looked forward to every meal then it wouldn't really be a diet to you. Making this happen will take some effort at first but once your whole plan is established it will be automatic for the rest of your life and a piece of cake.
